So when can we open and what will it look like?? These are the questions we would all like to answer, but all we can say is "we are getting there". Based on the current understanding of the Governor's Plan for Reopening, we are able to continue as we have with on-line sales and pick-up in the entryway, but will not be able to open for people to actually enter the shop until Phase 2. Depending on how your interpret that, it could be the beginning to middle of June. Regardless of when we actually can welcome you back in the shop we are working to get everything ready so those who will want to come, can feel secure about our environment. We are having professional cleaning and sanitizing of all furniture, fixtures, carpet, and high touch points. We are rearranging the shop for social distancing, putting up signage, and making certain we have effective policies and procedures in place to protect you and us. And while we are doing all that, we will continue to work with you on putting together your custom orders/projects, improving our website for easier access to our inventory and on-line shopping, and creating more interactive help sessions and on-line classes. This has been such a difficult time for everyone, but we hope your knitting, crocheting, making, crafting, baking or whatever your creative outlet has helped with the stress. Everyone here is looking forward to getting to our New Normal and the ability to share our creations with all of you. And while our summer season may be a bit short, we are already working on what is new for the Fall and you will love it! Take care. Stay safe. Stay healthy. We look forward to welcoming you all back! With our entryway pick up, free shipping, personal virtual shopping, updated website shop and Zoom Classes, we are trying to keep you in yarn and on track with your projects. We have no idea where we stand in the State's Phases of opening to be announced on the 18th May, but we are preparing to eventually welcome you back into the shop. We have scheduled professional cleaning and sanitizing of the entire shop, are rearranging our space to provide for safest in-store shopping experience, setting up the ability to schedule shopping / help appointments on-line, and soon will be unveiling our new capabilities/technology to provide more interactive virtual classrooms.
