Techniques Classes It has been a while since we have done our series of Techniques Classes, so we have decided to bring them back. These classes are designed to focus on one particular technique with various ways to do them. We are going to start with a couple of basics:
Short-Rows - almost every pattern/design we see has short-row shaping. While some of us are familiar with doing short-rows, which one is best to use for which project and, more importantly, why? Join us on Tuesday, 17th March from 1.30 - 3.30 pm to perfect your short-rows The cost of the Class is $25.00 and all materials will be provided.
Seams - very few people like to put their projects together, but a great seam can either make or break a project. There are some very simple tricks to the trade that can make seaming much easier and less of a dreaded part of your knitting / crocheting. Join us on Tuesday, 24th March from 1.30 - 3.30 pm and you will learn to like seams. The cost of the Class is $25.00. Bring a project that needs putting together or bring several 5" blocks of both Stockinette and Garter stitch on which to work.
More Class will be announced shortly.
