2017 Annual Retreat - Deposit
We are off again on our annual Fall Trip to the gorgeous Harasseeket Inn at Freeport, Maine. Join us for a wonderful weekend of knitting, chatting and of course some shopping! This email is going just to our frequent travelers. We we open registration to all our customers on 11th August.
We are so excited to announce that Kelbourne Woolens / Fibre Co. will be the sponsoring yarn company and our guest instructors will be Courtney Kelley and Kate Gagnon Osborn - the owners of Kelbourne Woolens and the chief designers of the company's pattern portfolio. If you have ever opened a knitting magazine you will have seen and loved one or more of their patterns. They are published far and wide, in addition to patterns featuring Fibre Co. yarns. The ladies will be bringing a fabulous Kelbourne Woolens Trunk show and teaching several workshops creating special projects for each. And all the yarns and patterns for your projects and classes are included!
Arriving In Style
Once again we will be taking a luxury coach to and from Freeport. On Friday, November 3rd, we will depart from the Anderson Regional Transportation Center in Woburn, MA at 9.30 am sharp arriving into Freeport, ME in time to freshen up and enjoy a wonderful lunch at the Harraseeket Inn.
Upon arrival, our luggage will be taken and delivered to our rooms (once ready) while we enjoy lunch and relax - but not for long...
Our afternoon will be filled with the most gorgeous yarns (it's a surprise) for a yarn tasting followed by a Conversation with with Courtney and Kate. They will also be sharing the most amazing trunk show highlighting not only their designs, but so many from the Fibre Co. collection. In between all of this, we will break for Afternoon Tea hosted in the Inn's parlor.
Prior to dinner, you'll receive your keys and we will take a break during which you are welcome to go to your room to freshen up for our welcome Dinner at the Inn. Following dinner you will be able to continue enjoying the yarns and garments from the afternoon, as well as view and discuss all of the Kelbourne Woolen yarns and designs with both Courtney, Kate and our fantastic rep - Narda Pinkham

Saturday
Following a delicious Breakfast Buffet on Saturday, we will adjourn to our own workshop room to take part in our first Workshop with the Ladies
We will break for a lunch buffet in the Maine Dining Room. During the afternoon, we will continue on to our next workshop (of course breaking for Afternoon Tea in the Drawing Room).
Saturday evening is at your leisure. Enjoy a stroll into town, try one of the many restaurants, take a dip in the indoor pool, or just relax and knit some more in our meeting rooms or the Parlor
Sunday
After your Breakfast Buffet on Sunday, we will have our final workshop.
Our workshop will finish at noon, leaving you to head into town for lunch, shopping the famous Freeport Outlets, and of course, LL BEAN, or you can return to our workshop room and knit.
Lunch is on your own, and we will meet up again at the Inn for Afternoon Tea at 4.00 pm and to collect our bags. The bellmen will pack us up and we will board our Coach for the trip back to Woburn at 5.30 pm arriving in Woburn at 7.30 pm.
Our hope is that you will arrive home, rested, rejuvenated, and with lots of new knowledge, patterns, and yarn! And if you did a bit of Holiday shopping, it is a bonus!!!

Non-Participating guest: add. $275 to Trip Cost if not joining us for meals.
